Site Management

Web Maintenance

If you've ever visited a website for information and then realised the information is three months out of date, you'll understand the importance of website maintenance.

To retain your target audience and attract new visitors, the information held on your site needs to be current and accurate. We can carry out maintenance on your site to ensure this.

You may choose to monitor the site and contact us when information needs updating, or you may wish to maintain your site yourself. In the latter case we can provide you with access to your site through FTP or through your web browser using our Control Panel or, if you have a database site, through your database web pages.

Web Management

Do you have the time, energy or skills to effectively manage your website?

Website management involves constant appraisal of your site in terms of "look & feel", effectiveness in reaching your target audience, appropriate use of tools and techniques, correct and accurate links and navigation.

The internet is constantly advancing. As new techniques, applications and tools emerge, will you be aware of them and in a position to take advantage of the benefits they offer? We are well equipped to monitor those changes and evaluate the benefits they may be able to provide you.

Search Engine Monitoring

The promotion of your website is a vital step in ensuring its success. Your target audience needs to be able to find you and the best means of achieving that is through your exposure on Search Engines.

Some search engines work by automatically searching the contents of other systems and creating a database of the results. Others contain only material manually approved for inclusion in a database, and some combine the two approaches.

We will help you define your target audience and then develop the necessary information to submit to search engines to ensure they display your site in the most appealing manner to your target audience.

Please contact us if you have any queries or would like to discuss your requirements in detail.
